Home Visits in Laguna Beach & Orange County
Personalized manual therapy through home visits, with a thoughtful approach to movement, function, and the body’s capacity to adapt.
A broader view of care
My work combines personalized manual therapy with an exploration of physical, emotional, and behavioral patterns that shape how the body adapts over time.
How I work
Every consultation begins with exploration. Through conversation, observation, movement, and hands-on assessment, I seek to understand not only where symptoms are felt, but how your body has adapted over time.
As patterns begin to emerge, symptoms are viewed within a broader context. Physical, emotional, and behavioral factors often interact, helping us understand why your body has adopted its current strategy.
Treatment is tailored to the individual and supports the body’s capacity to develop new adaptations through personalized manual therapy and, when appropriate, a broader exploration of the factors influencing health.

About Benjamin
After training as an osteopath in France, I spent more than twelve years in private practice in Paris and Bordeaux before moving to Southern California with my wife and our two children to begin a new chapter.
Throughout those years, I became increasingly interested not only in where symptoms appear, but in how people adapt to the experiences they go through.
Starting over in a new country reinforced something I had already observed in practice: our capacity to adapt shapes every aspect of our lives.
Outside my practice, running has become one of the ways I continue to explore movement, resilience, and adaptation in my own life.

Frequently asked questions
French-trained osteopaths complete dedicated education in anatomy, physiology, clinical assessment, and manual therapy. In the United States, I practice as a non-physician manual therapist and not as an American osteopathic physician.
Both professions may use manual therapy, but my approach is not centered on spinal adjustments alone. Each consultation includes discussion, functional assessment, and individualized treatment adapted to the person rather than a standardized protocol.
People commonly seek supportive care for persistent pain, movement limitations, sports-related symptoms, pregnancy and postpartum discomfort, functional digestive concerns, the physical effects of stress or emotional strain, and persistent symptoms without a clear explanation.
We begin by discussing your concerns, medical history, and goals. This is followed by observation, movement and functional assessment, hands-on evaluation, and treatment tailored to your needs.
No. Most sessions can be performed while you remain comfortably dressed. Wear clothing that allows you to move easily.
Appointments typically last 45 minutes, depending on your needs and the nature of the consultation.
Treatment is adapted to your comfort and response. Some techniques may create temporary sensitivity, but the aim is never to force the body.
This is a private-pay service and I do not bill insurance directly. I can provide an invoice that you may submit to your insurer to ask whether reimbursement is available.
